A: Be sure to check your email or phone before your appointment for further instructions about your appointment.

 

Q: How do I cancel my appointment?

A: If for whatever reason you need to cancel your appointment, please contact your stylist directly using their preferred method of contact. If you lost their information, you can find it by clicking here.

 

Q: Can I buy products without visiting the salon?

A: Yes! You can buy products and have it shipped to you between your hair appointments at our online store. By shopping directly with us, you are supporting our small local salon so we can continue to serve you well.

 

Q: What are your COVID-19 protocols/policies?
