Samantha Manuel
Samantha knew she wanted to pursue a career in hair for as long she can remember. She often found herself in the bathroom cutting friends hair with kitchen scissors. After 5 years of experience she still tests her abilities and talents to always bring fresh ideas to clients. She enjoys forming friendships with clients while also being attentive and meticulous with their hair needs. She specializes in soft, natural colors and versatile cuts that enhance her clients natural beauty. Samantha also loves up styling for special events such as weddings and prom. She has worked with Wella, Goldwell, Joico, and Paul Mitchell.

Holly Pinto
Originally from Sacramento, Holly received her cosmetology education and license in Los Angeles in June of 2005. She has trained with Bumble & Bumble, Pravana, Oribe and Davines. Holly is a mindful stylist who pays close attention to detail. She is dedicated to ensuring her guests have the most comfortable and positive experience possible.

Sarah Scherer
With over fifteen years of experience, Sarah has extensive training in TIGI and Bumble and has been an in-salon educator teaching advanced and precision cutting techniques. Sarah specializes in wash and wear, low-maintenance looks and prefers working with natural texture. Her ideal client is someone that is adventurous in style and spirit.

Maytee Renteria-Martin
Maytee has been working in the Sacramento area for over 10 years. She has participated in events such as the Sacramento Fashion Week show as well as smaller local events like a Prom event at Roseville's Kaiser Permanente. She has a passion for hair and making people feel beautiful inside and out.

Heather Stackewicz
Heather has loved making people feel good about themselves for as long as she can remember. Listening to her clients and making sure their needs are met is her top priority. She insures her clients have a good understanding of how to care for their new cut or color. Heather specializes in natural looking, long lasting color, using a combination of Wella and Goldwell color lines.

Whitney Waid
Whitney is a Sacramento native who has been a hairstylist since 2011. Her talent lies in low-maintenance hair color, balayage, and soft natural looks.
Her training includes Vidal Sassoon and Paul Mitchell cutting systems, Wella, Goldwell, Redken and Kenra color lines as well as luxury styling product lines such as Oribe, Davines, and R+Co.
Whitney’s favorite part of hairdressing is forging friendships with her clients and making them feel at home in her chair.
Whitney is not accepting new clients at this time.

Rachel Marrs had a dream for a unique and welcoming environment for her clients. Rachel’s dream became a reality in 2015. Her creativity radiates throughout the design of the salon. Rachel followed another dream in 2019 to move to New Zealand and The Banyan Tree continues under the Ownership of her proud parents, John and Judy Marrs.
